Together with you, we would like to lead our customers' projects to their goals - be it through process optimization and automation, through analysis, digitization and support of touchpoints in the customer journey, or through reorganization and outsourcing.

Your tasks

• You support projects to analyze existing business processes, especially in the area of customer experience
• You prepare workshops to clarify customer requirements and help with implementation
• You participate in the planning and monitoring of individual milestones to ensure a smooth process with regard to time scope, budget and quality
• You work in a team and take over daily business tasks

Your profile

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you already have some practical experience in project management
• You are interested in customer care management
• You bring willingness to travel for the work at the customer's site
• You are able to familiarize yourself with complex issues and have a high degree of implementation strength as well as openness for our customers
