Your tasks

• You manage projects to analyze existing business processes, especially in the area of customer experience
• On this basis, you identify potential for improvement and develop strategies to fully exploit the optimization potential of our customers
• By planning and monitoring the individual milestones, you ensure a smooth process with regard to time scope, budget and quality
• You moderate workshops to clarify customer requirements and support our customers according to agile process models
• You are the bridge to the development team
• You have a feeling for the needs of our customers and generate follow-up business as a result
• With your expertise you support the team in pre-sales appointments

Your profile

• You have a degree in business informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of experience in process optimization and an affinity for IT topics
• You have experience in customer care management
• In addition to traditional project management, you are familiar with agile working methods
• You can easily familiarize yourself with complex issues and bring a high degree of entrepreneurial spirit, implementation strength and sensitivity to our customers
